An initial meet n greet is required at your home. Cost is $15.00 (nonrefundable,) which will be applied toward pet sitting, if there is no immediate need for services.
No third party bookings will be accepted.
No sharing of work due to liability.
If there is one feeding/day, pet sitter will be the sole feeder to prevent overfeeding.
If a visit is to be made from a neighbor, relative or friend, prearrangement and notation is needed by the pet sitter. The pet sitter will not be responsible for water, fans lights, etc. left on by any one except the pet sitter.
A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required to reserve space each time the pet sitter is booked. Balance due on first visit.
If the client does not call or can not be reached at the sheduled return time, additional visits may be made and he client will be charged extra for the visits.
All animals must have Rabies and DHLPP vaccinations. Please be prepared with proof. The Canine Cough vaccination is optional but encouraged.
Identification is required on all animals.
Animals must be controlled at all times: exercising must be on a leash unless a secure fenced-in yard is available. Dogs tied to dog houses or trees, or free to roam the neighborhood will not be accepted. A waiver may be signed for outdoor cats.
All cats, rabbits, gerbils and others, must be seen at least one time/day for health and safety reasons.
Because of security considerations, a late visit fee of $10.00 will be charged for visits requested for after 8 PM.
There is a cancellation fee of 40% of the total pet sit payment if pet sit is cancelled 6 days before the beginning of the job. Less than 6 days, there will be no refunds.
Clients who come home early will receive a credit of half a day/day of remaining pet sitting time. .
